ADA Compliant
If the lines are fading you might get fined
Being ADA-compliant is not just about painting the international symbol of accessibility on pavement – although, it is a step in the right direction. The 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design is formulated as per the DOJ-sanctioned revisions of Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This covers the scope regarding minimum requirements and provisions for handicap-accessibility in parking lots and similar facilities that are either newly designed, reconstructed or altered on or after March 15, 2012. Non-compliant facilities and installations can get fined or even face a civil lawsuit.

Q & A
What is Sealcoating?
Sealcoating provides an extra layer or membrane on top of your asphalt driveway. This layer prevents the asphalt from being damaged by oxidation and the elements, as well as any fuel spillages that will inevitably occur from time to time. Aside from being able to effectively protect your driveway from wear and tear, sealcoating will provide a beautiful finish to keep your surface looking as good as new over the years. This is a must for property managers who need to keep their homes or offices looking as attractive as possible for new tenants!
How long does Sealcoat asphalt last?
We recommend that you have your asphalt driveway resealed every 2-3 years at maximum. Waiting any longer could result in faster deterioration of your pavement. And doing it too often (i.e. annually) could result in chipping and flaking.
Will asphalt sealing fill cracks?
NO. The sealant is a layer that just touches the surfaces. Does that mean you’ll have cracks and holes forever? Absolutely not. If you want us to fill those cracks and holes, we use a mix of rubber and tar that fills.
When is the best time to Seal Coat?
You can apply sealer at any time of day as long as the pavement temperature does not fall past 40 degrees at night.
How do you need to stay away from the driveway after applying seal coating?
When applied under ideal conditions, you can walk on sealcoated pavement three hours after application. But if you want to drive on it , then you will have to wait a minimum of 12 hours for it to dry and cure. For optimum results, we recommend that you use 48 to 72 hours after the sealcoat is applied.
How long does striping paint take to dry?
Typical drying time is 30 minutes; however, traffic should remain off the lot for at least one full hour.
